Shipping Policy 

Our in-house orders are shipped within 3-7 days, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, depending on the location. Sometimes items may take longer due to extended processing times with manufacturers or shipping carriers. You may receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment. If an item is unavailable, you will be notified by email and have the option to request a substitution or a change order.  If we don't hear back from you within two business days, we will either ship the remaining order or cancel it.                                               

Order Cut-Off Times for Same-Day Shipping

To help your order be shipped as quickly as possible, please understand our cut-off times.
12:00 PM (noon) for USPS Ground Advantage orders
2:00 PM for UPS Ground and select orders
12:00 PM the day before a holiday for any shipping carrier
Please note that these cut-off times are not guaranteed and may vary due to USPS and UPS schedules.

Shipping Methods & Delivery 

We ship to every state in the United States and internationally, including Australia, Canada, Belgium, Ireland, and more. Most orders are shipped from the US warehouse on regular days, Monday to Friday. We allow additional time for items shipped directly from manufacturers or vendors. Our shipping partners are USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service). Your delivery options will be displayed during checkout.  We will provide the delivery time based on your order location.
Typically, orders are delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on the delivery partner, shipping method, delivery location, and stock availability. Note that the delivery time shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guarantee. The final transit times depend on when an order leaves our warehouse.

Damage During Shipping 

Sometimes damage can occur during shipping. To ensure you don't run into any issues, inspect your order as soon as it's received. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Report to us immediately if you receive any damaged or broken items. For dedicated assistance, you can reach out to our customer care.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your shipment.

Expedited Shipping 

We do not offer expedited shipping as a standard option due to the unpredictable nature of the carrier services. However, if you need any product delivered immediately, you can reach out to us. Provide us with details such as the item you wish to purchase, your shipping address, and contact information, and we will let you know the shipping options and associated pricing. Please note that expedited shipping will incur additional fees, for which the customer will be responsible.

Important Note
Once an order has left the warehouse for delivery, the transit time and delivery are the responsibility of the courier partner. Please note that orders placed after 2:00 PM on Fridays will not ship until the following business day.
